Envolve LLC establishes the Get Envolved Foundation to help serve its communities
MEMPHIS, TN — Envolve LLC, one of the country’s largest affordable multifamily property owners, managers, and investors, is launching its new corporate foundation. Aptly named the “Get Envolved Foundation,” this 501(c)(3) will make donations and grants to organizations that actively work to improve the lives of Envolve residents and the communities in which they live.
Additionally, it matches Envolve team member donations of up to $250 per year to qualified non-profit organizations of their choosing. Each contribution is made in the corresponding employee's honor (or anyone else's they choose), but the intention is to support team members’ efforts—which aligns with Envolve’s tagline of “Making Communities Better Together.”
Envolve takes it a step further and encourages all employees to volunteer at organizations they care deeply about. To support this effort, Envolve allows 16 volunteer hours away from work so its team members can make a difference through charitable organizations near and dear to their hearts. This employee-centered portion of the program is administered by the Envolve Human Resources department.
Early-stage investors whose contributions made the Get Envolved Foundation possible include 100% board member participation and donations by its investors the Hunt Companies of El Paso, TX and FrontRange Capital Partners of Denver, CO—as well as personal donations provided by the Envolve senior leadership team.
The Get Envolved Foundation will feature many of its charitable acts on Envolve’s corporate websites, along with a foundation-specific website currently under construction. This transparency will allow employees, members of the community, board members, etc. to share in the experiences and joy it will bring to others.
